Very easy to complete the booking process by phone. They are able to enter your personal access code in the system immediately and even provide a padlock and keys in your storage unit. Very professional and well organized. Building interior was spotless, well lit and maintained at around 71 degrees for a climate-controlled space.

I wouldn't use any other storage unit. They were wonderful from the time I called to get info to the day we moved into our unit. They even give you a lock and key which was so helpful. You wont regret your decision if you get a storage unit here. Staff was wonderful and the process was quick and easy.

I have been a customer of B&C Storage (in Baldwinsville) on and off over the past 10+ years. To be honest, I have no experience using a competitor, but it is because I have always been treated so well by B&C. Recently, I needed a unit to house some items for a rowing club I am involved with. They could not have been more accommodating. This is not at all surprising. It has been my experience that calls to the office are met with helpfulness and courtesy, onsite staff are friendly and professional, and their marketing department is incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend them.
