When is the bill due?

Your monthly rent payment is due on the 1st of each month for all storage units at our Syracuse-area storage facilities. We recommend submitting your payment on or before the 1st to avoid late fees and keep uninterrupted access to your unit.

What is your move-in process?

You can easily reserve and move into a storage unit online through our website, or you can call our office for assistance with the full move-in process. Once you complete your rental, you can move in right away at one of our 25 convenient Central New York locations. Please make sure to have a form of ID ready.

What is your move-out process?

Moving out is simple. Just notify our locally trusted Syracuse storage facilities office that you’re vacating your unit, remove all of your belongings, and leave the unit empty and unlocked. The lock and keys provided at move-in are yours to keep. We are here to provide flexible and customer-friendly storage solutions every step of the way.

What are the access hours?

Most of our 25 locally owned locations offer 24/7 access, making it easy to get to your belongings when you need them.

What security features do you offer?

Features include cart access for easy loading and unloading, elevators and select multi-story locations, gated access at certain facilities, and video surveillance for added security. We also provide lock and keys for your unit, along with both climate-controlled and standard storage options. As a family-owned company based in Syracuse, we focus on keeping your items safe, accessible, and well-protected across all of our Central New York locations.








Do you have affordable storage units?

Yes. We offer affordable storage units across our 25 family-owned locations throughout Central New York. With a variety of unit sizes and both climate-controlled and standard options, customers can choose the space that fits their needs and budget.

What am I allowed to store in my storage unit?

You can store most personal, household, and business items in your storage unit as long as they are legal and non-living. This includes furniture, boxes, appliances, seasonal items, inventory and more. Items that are living, perishable, or illegal are not permitted in any of our units.

Can I store an RV, boat, or car?

Yes. We do offer storage options for RVs, boars and cars at select Central New York locations. Whether you need seasonal storage or long term space, our facilities can accommodate vehicles safely and conveniently.

Do you offer month-to-month storage rentals?

Yes. We offer flexible month-to-month storage rentals at all of our Central New York locations. The minimum rental term is one month, and after that, your storage unit continues on a simple month-to-month basis. This gives you the flexibility to store your belongings for as long or as short a time as you need without long-term contracts or commitments.

How do I pay my storage bill?

We offer various ways to pay your storage bill online, over the phone, and in-person every month. We also provide auto-payment options as well.

Do you have rent raises?

We do offer fair and transparent pricing, and any rent adjustments are made no more than once per year. Our goal is to keep storage affordable while maintaining clean, secure and well-managed facilities across all Syracuse and Central New York locations.
