Renting a storage unit with B&C Storage is easy and affordable. If you are new to storage or are a returning customer, we have answered some of the most common questions you may have. When is the bill due?

Your full month rental payment is due on the first of the month.

How do I vacate the unit?

If you plan to move out of your space, simply give us a call to notify us of your move-out. If you are moving out by the 15th of a month, you may prepay for half a month. Please note, that if you plan to vacate after the 15th of the month, a full month’s rent will be due.

What are the access hours?

With the exception of our Downtown location, you have access to your unit 24/7 at our facilities.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.


What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

What security features do you offer?

We take great measures in both the construction and management of our storage complexes to ensure the safety and security of your stored items. Security measures include the digital recording of all storage facilities, gates with keypad access, and we provide each new tenant a disc lock for added security. Each building is constructed to keep the space resistant to moisture for the safety of your items.

Am I able to purchase storage supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, locks, mattress covers, tape, and more.

What does drive-up access mean?

Drive-up access means you can drive your vehicle right up to, or into your storage space.
