I’ve stored with B&C for several years. Recently, I transferred one of my units to another of their locations and am a little disappointed in the new location so far; it is so extremely musty smelling. I went and got some Damp-rid containers to try and help with that. Also, in the location where I have been for years, I went a few days ago to get some of my things and there were mouse droppings all down the hallway; I’m guessing that it came in with a new renter’s things maybe? but even if it did, it shouldn’t be in there and now has the potential to get into everyone else’s things and wreak havoc. I always assumed they did pest-control there, so will be letting them know and hoping it’s not too late.

The staff member i spoke to was extremely professional as well as friendly. I was able to book my rental, set up recurring payments and gain entry all in one phone call. She was quite busy, however she returned my call quickly and gave me her full attention and never rushed me throughout the process. The space was clean and the door works well. The lock and welcome package were also waiting for me as I was told. The experience could not have gone better. .
