The first person I talked to was Julia. She was absolutely fantastic. Within 10 minutes she explained the cost, where my storage unit was and that they supplied the lock. I created my access code and was in looking for my storage unit. I then called at the end of the month to pay my next month's bill and talked to Megan. Once again she was extremely helpful, friendly and had a few laughs. It once again only took a few minutes. My message to B&C Storage is everyone within your company should be trained by these 2 wonderful employees. 5 stars are not nearly enough for rating them.
