The staff member i spoke to was extremely professional as well as friendly. I was able to book my rental, set up recurring payments and gain entry all in one phone call. She was quite busy, however she returned my call quickly and gave me her full attention and never rushed me throughout the process. The space was clean and the door works well. The lock and welcome package were also waiting for me as I was told. The experience could not have gone better. .

I rented a new unit and went to go in on a Saturday night. My code wouldn’t work to get in the building. I called and left a message figuring I would have to wait till Monday morning. Nope. Not even 2 minutes later I got a callback with a temporary code! Amazing service! People are soo nice and always willing to help! No other storage company I’ve used has been as great as B&C!

The first person I talked to was Julia. She was absolutely fantastic. Within 10 minutes she explained the cost, where my storage unit was and that they supplied the lock. I created my access code and was in looking for my storage unit. I then called at the end of the month to pay my next month's bill and talked to Megan. Once again she was extremely helpful, friendly and had a few laughs. It once again only took a few minutes. My message to B&C Storage is everyone within your company should be trained by these 2 wonderful employees. 5 stars are not nearly enough for rating them. I thank them and B&C Storage for having such great representatives!!!!!
