Upon arrival at my assigned storage unit, I noticed that it could never accommodate my car (or any car for that matter.) I jumped on the phone with B&C staff who quickly found me a suitable stall.

This is the third time I have rented at B&C, and it has always been very satisfactory and fairly priced. The lots are locally owned, so they are cared for as opposed to some of the others around Syracuse. My only problem has been (positive for B&C, and negative for me and other renters) being able to get a spot. They are too full too much of the time! This past winter, I couldn't get a spot for an extra car, so I had to go to another company, and it was not satisfactory maintenance -wise and price-wise. I'll be sure to try earlier next fall! A.
