For your convenience, we sell moving supplies at all of our locations. Some of the more popular items we sell are boxes, locks, mattress covers, tape, and packing paper.
We have auctions twice a year and publish our auction schedule on the website about 6 weeks prior to the auction. Please contact us for the latest updates on storage unit auctions.
All of our storage facilities provide 24 hour access. The access code you choose upon your rental will let you into the facility at any time of the day or night.
We provide a free disc-lock with each rental. The disc-lock is the best in the industry and comes with two keys. The lock and keys are yours to keep. If you prefer to use your own lock, we recommend using a disc-lock which is designed specifically for the doors and is the most secure.
To rent a storage unit, you will need a photo ID and a method of payment. We accept credit cards, checks and cash.
We believe that you should only pay for storage when you need it, so we don’t lock you into a 6-month or year contract. You are able to rent for as little as 1 month at a time, so storing your car over the winter or a few extra boxes during the summer is convenient for you.
The size of storage space you need depends on what you are storing and how often you will need to access those items. Please visit our Sizing Options page for more information or Contact Us for a consultation.
You may store any items in your storage unit that you would typically store in a garage. We strongly recommend that you empty gas tanks prior to storing gas-powered equipment, which is safety measure for both the facility and your appliance.
You may not store fireworks or explosives of any type. Additionally, you are not allowed to store any items which are illegal by state or federal law or items which may violate any state or federal law.
When you rent a storage unit we allow you to choose your own passcode, so you may choose a number that is easy for you to remember. If you do lose your code you may contact the office. It may take up to 24 hours to reset your code as we will need to send a manager to the site to reset your code.
For security purposes, you are the only one with a key to your storage unit. If your key is lost, please make an appointment for our manager to meet you at your storage space by calling our office. We have tools to cut your lock and you may purchase a new one from our store. We charge a nominal fee of $25 dollars for lock cutting. The registered renter must bring photo ID that matches the photo ID we have on file. A spouse or family member will not be allowed to access the space without your approval.
We take great measures in both the construction and management of our storage complexes to ensure the safety and security of your stored items. Security measures include digital recording of all storage facilities, a gate with keypad access, and we offer disc locks for added security. Each building is constructed to keep the space resistant to moisture for the safety of your items.
You are liable for the contents stored in your storage unit. In most cases a homeowners or renters insurance policy will cover your stored goods, but we suggest that you check with your insurance agent to be clear about your individual policy.
